I wanted to give a review on Sleeptite Thermal Bedbug Extermination! I'm an apartment manager and we were having major issues with bedbugs. I had an exterminator already but was not really happy with their work. And then I seen Sleeptite Bedbugs on the website and immediately called them! From day one I've had a great experience with this company. They are very thorough and take their time treating the apartments. I have never had to call them back to retreat an apartment, which was very rare with the other company we were using! They are completely the very best around! We also use them to do our extermination on a monthly basis for cockroaches and other bugs and again they do a number 1 job! The other company spent maybe a half hour to do this work and Sleeptite spends around 4 hours treating the apartments. What a difference it makes around here! I would give Sleeptite the best rating there is because they are totally worth it! No need to check around for other companies, Sleeptite is the very best!
I highly recommend that you contact Mr. Ray Soleau at Sleeptite Thermal Extermination if you suspect you have an infestation situation. By the time I contacted Ray, we only had a week to address our problem. The next day, he inspected the facility and developed a treatment plan that met our unique health and safety requirements. To be sure that he met the completion deadline at our 18,400 square foot facility, Ray started treating the facility at 6:00 in the morning. We saw significant evidence of the success of his treatment the very next day. He also agreed to come back and inspect the facility again in 90 days and re-treat if necessary at no additional charge. Throughout the process, Ray answered all of my questions and worked very hard to make a difficult situation as painless as possible. There will be no question who we contact if we experience a similar situation in the future.
Ray is the reason. He does everything possible to communicate the time of his arrival so we can be home. He goes above and beyond to do a great job and advises us of any pest concerns. He deserves to be named service representative of the year!
